Jason Mendoza discovered that if he flexed he could hulk-out and become a strong hero his muscles becoming nearly invulnerable, with amazing effort and willpower he could even turn his muscles to Iron. he became 'the boy of iron' and fight as long has he stayed focused.
He has been taking out street gangs in his city. but the super villain organization "dark hand" has studied the young hero, and has some ideas on how to stop this young buck as cold as the iron he is made from.
